Where to Upgrade?

Thanks for all the advice. I have made some changes and my team is below. I would have thought I should upgrade either a forward or a midfielder . What do you think?

Careful with Shaw. Bock maybe  better option.
How much money do you have to upgrade if any?

I have 204 000 to upgrade,. Bock seems solid but I dont think he has much improvement left whilse Shaw lost a lot of value last year and if he learns to deal with tags (and he is a lot fitter apparently) he should go up in value. So where do u think I should use the money or split it between two players?
