Prelim final, will I win, and what trades should I make to secure the win?

So with Robinson out I have already traded Robinson to Johnson, with a cool $500 to spare! Hopefully my opponent doesn't have any trades left, but it's possible that he does, and regardless, Treloar could be quite good cover.

Should I just stick with my Johnson trade and leave my team as is? (and save my last for the possible GF?) Was tempted to downgrade Hall and then turn Shaw into Grimes, but obviously with Robinson out and Johnson in good form and tipped to smash the dogs (according to Lahug!), that trade is hard to pass up.

looking at your team id say you would JUST get over the line as your team stands.
I would deff do the Robbo - StevieJ trade will earn you quite afew extra points. Also without Selwood in the side he should get more time in the middle and so far this yr when he has played there he has ripped it up so expect him to go big! especially against the struggling dogs.

Cheers mate, yeah I couldn't believe that I had pretty much exactly the right amount of cash to get him in for Robbo... and yeah, saving my last trade for the GF is probably going to get the best use out of my last trade... since I don't have any cash after the SJ trade I won't be able to really upgrade anyone anyway.

Yep, just a pity that I didn't bring him in a few weeks ago, as I could probably have saved myself about 100k that would've come in very handy for my last trade... as it is though it hopefully won't hurt me too much, as my team is pretty much set, barring the fact I'd probably prefer to have Birchall/Grimes over Adcock/Shaw.

Currently 8 pts behind, with Swan unfortunately slowing down in the last qtr to get his worst score in a while... the one week I play someone without him! He had Beams C, but fortunately Franklin, Suckling, Birchall, Roughead and Hanley all had poor games... whilst I had Adcock, Mitchell, Hayes and Waters all do even worse, so not much luck there.

It all comes down to Johnson, Fyfe, Goldstein and Jacobs (for me), vs Boyd, Thompson, Gibson and S. Shaw. Going to be bloody close, unless Chapman and Dangerfield are late outs, so I can get Martin's (who is on my bench) score.
