How much rucking for Giles?

No Patton no Cameron no Folau. Not much up forward for GWS. Giles named at FF. Can he score from there? Should I play Giles (my opponents have him) or trade to ANY ruck? PLease help!

giles may start at ff, but when phillips gets raped in the ruck they'll switch. He's only there on the off chance phillips can hold his own in the hit outs, so we have a tall marking forward.

Basically, if he's working up fwd he's slotting goals and will score well. If he isn't working, he'll go back into the ruck and will score well. He should be fine.

And if Phillips does OK vs McEvoy? How many shots at goal will Saints let GWS have? You don't have Cameron or Sheil or Coniglio so it's not exactly ur best line up? Cheers for the reply though mate. Worried he may get stuck at FF with little stats.

If your opponents have him then just keep him and use the trade elsewhere. He's in good form - imagine you trade him to Maric and Giles  outscores him. Save yourself the headache. I'd say Giles will be safe for 75-85

giles is a really strong over head mark and a ridiculously good shot at goals from outside 50. Greene and Ward should be able to get it out enough for him. That being said, I think phillips will get drilled in the first couple of contests, and giles will be thrown into the ruck.

Saints aren't the team they used to be a couple of years ago either.

Cheers again Zip. I have Lake,Selwood,Johnson and Pav that are more concerning so I may just have to stick with Giles anyway.
