Who to play on the field? Thompson vs Gibson

After reading LaHug's captain thread Thompson apparently has a poor record against melbourne.

Do I stick with the premium or place him as the emergency and put Gibson on the field.

Thompson will be fine. Adelaide are a much better team than in previous years and should come out firing after last weeks crap against Brisbane. I wouldn't captain him but would easily play him over Gibson this week

Yeah, you've gotta go Thommo as Crows need to bounce back, but have emg on Gibbo. Then again, Gibbo with far better avg over last 4...

I'm thinking of sending Danger up to the mids, fielding Gibbo and benching and emg-ing Pav due to his injury cloud. That way if Mitchell doesn't come up, or Thommo or Dangerfield is a late wdr for a rest then I'm covered if Pav actually does play albeit a bit proppy. Then the thoughts of Crowley tagging Gibson creep in....surely not?  :-[
