Huge dilemma!

With Swan out, Stanton not named and the news that Chapman didn't fly to Perth I have a bit of a dilemma this week as I only have injured or non playing players on my bench in the forwards so I'll be copping 2 doughnuts.
With only one trade left I was going to use it to upgrade my last defender but now with this weeks teams I'm thinking otherwise.

With Stanton underperforming and injured I'm now thinking of using that trade to swap him with Watson and just leave either Baguley, McInnes or Bell as my D7.
I'll still cop a 0 in the forwards but there's nothing i can do about that and at least it gets rid of the Stanton issue.
What do you guys think? Is this trade a good one or should I just cop the 2 doughnuts which I don't want to do and upgrade my defender?
All other opinions are welcomed and advice is appreciated.
Keep in mind that I have no dpp to help either.
