After watching the game on Friday night, it looked like Stevie J played on the ball the entire game, and I think this has been the case for the last few weeks (havent seen all of Geelongs last few games), hence his scoring increase. if Geelong keep playing him in the guts, which I think they will, I reckon there's a fair chance he won't drop below 100 for the rest of the year and after this week looks set to drop to like 430-440ish k.

Any Geelong supporters out there who may be able to shed some light on whether he'll keep playing on the ball? or anyone for that matter? Because at the moment, a single Porpoise to Stevie J single trade (even though he hasnt bottomed out) is looking much more appealing than a double trade to get in Beams now Swan is out for 2.

stevie J is a champion and i hate the cats. :)

even if he plays fwd he comes up the ground, like bartel he goes where he needs to go, usually where the ball is.

as the cats lift which they are so will he, he is a champion and the serious games only bring out the best in him and they are all serious at this point of the season.

as for him playing on the ball i think they need him or chapman to play in the middle (at least rotate into the middle), and nothing suggests stevie j isn't still the best option.

I am considering buying him, this week or next week - not sure yet but we'll see if Robbo is listed to play.

gonna be very tempting next week. i would jump all over him, esp if my fwds weren't finished yet.

Bringing In Stevie J this week for Porps will allow me to do one more downgrade and two upgrades in the next couple of weeks, so I think I'll bring him in. Would make my fwd line:

Buddy, Chappy, Danger, Sidey, Johnson, Pearce, Zorko (Treloar, Elliot)

Thanks for the input guys, cheers have been given for the help!
