League finals breakdown

Would someone be so kind and post the standard finals playoff order...?

I only know the first round off the top of my head: 1v4, 2v3, 5v8, 6v7
Winners of 1v4 and 2v3 have the second week off and go straight into the preliminary finals.
Winners of 5v8 and 6v7 play the losers of 1v4 and 2v3. (Not sure who plays who though). This is week 2.
Losers of 5v8 and 6v7 are out.
Winners in week 2 play winners of 1v4 and 2v3 from week 1.
Winners from those 2 games go head-to-head in the Grand Final.

Same structure as the AFL uses:

Week 1:

Qualifying final 1: 1 v 4
Qualifying final 2: 2 v 3

Elimination final 1: 5 v 8
Elimination final 2: 6 v 7

Week 2:

Semi Final 1: Winner of elimination final 1 v loser of qualifying final 1
Semi Final 2: Winner of elimination final 2 v loser of qualifying final 2

Winners of qualifying finals have a week off.

Week 3:

Preliminary final 1: Winner of qualifying final 1 v Winner of semi final 2
Preliminary final 2: Winner of qualifying final 2 v Winner of semi final 1

Week 4:

Grand final: Winner of Preliminary final 1 v Winner of preliminary final 2.
