Right now I'm sitting comfortably in the top four of my league, with two games left that I should win easily ( but you never know!). Four trades left, $162,700 in the kitty.

Def- Gods, Lids, Scotland, Carrots, Shaw, Adcock, Lake (S Shaw, Darley)
Rucks- Cox, Jacobs ( Redden, Campbell)
Mids- GAJ, Pendles, Jellwood, Thompson, Priddis, Gibson ( Couch, Baguley)
Fwds- Pav, Martin, Sidey, Danger, Goodes, Clancee, Zorko, ( Buddy, Smedts)

Listed most of the pros and cons in the poll. If Buddy comes back in the next week or so, I can swing a DPP premium into the mids until the finals. Pretty happy to be in this position, but undecided what to do next. Leaning towards sitting tight, especially with Clancee finding some form again in the last couple ( against weak teams, I know). He should make some more money, but so will Murphy. Wish I had another fifty grand to straight swap Gibson to Murfs! :)

So feel free to comment for a cheer ( if it really matters  ::)) or please just vote. Thanks, NED.

Firstly I would hold for now seeing you are top 4 & have a strong side. Going into finals (barring other injuries) I would look to downgrade Smedts to free up money for a final MID premo & keep the extra 'premo' DPP MID/FWD link cover for injuries. In this scenario Gibson would have to be the one to upgrade because Couch would be required for the link, which is a pity cos Gibson looks to have good JS & is putting out reasonable scores for a bench cover player. Obviously finding a rookie FWD with any JS could be a problem also.

Nice team mate!! Id probably look to trade out pearce for a bottomed out murphy because you might not need the DPP link with 3 trades left a complete team with reliable bench cover. Shaw, Darley, Couch, Baguley, Gibson, Smedts, Redden and Campbell should all play every game for the rest of the season (exept for maybe campbell/redden). You can trade out a ruck anyway if cox/jacobs get rested in the finals. IMO you might not even need to use those 3 trades due to your bench cover. If somebody gets injured, though, you can use a trade depending on how bad it is.

So yeah id go Pearce to Murphy which will leave you with 144K in the bank. You are in a great position here mate, im sure you will do well in the run home. Best of Luck!! :)

Jay

Id hold till finals since you should finish top 4 :)
