2 Trades and getting desperate!  What do i do with Giles?

Im not completely happy with my team but due to earlier mistakes I don't have much choice.

Do I double trade to bring in Maric?  Or do I go Goldy, Nic Nat or Griffen and hold on to one trade which will hopefully mean bringing Fyfe in to the forward line during finals?

What is the possibility of Giles actually turning it around?

With 2 trades left I'm sorry but you are stuck with Giles.

Since R10 Giles has turned in a 57 avg from 5 games and has also missed 2 games. So has returned 40 points per round in the last 7 weeks.

I would definitely consider moving him on now - the same happened to zac smith last season, the number 1 ruck position is extremely demanding to hold for a rookie.

In my opinion I'd take Griffin. I've had him since sandi went down and he's doing quite well. Hardwick said that maric was going to be nursed through the remainder of the season so you don't wana risk him missing a game or two and especially when it'll leave you with one trade.

Griffin is good for an 80 avg from here on which could be as much as 40 points per round more than giles.

Use one trade on Giles to Goldstein, and save the last one.

With two trades left I'd hold. He may come good, or at least will give you something to work with. If your luck is ok you could make the trade come finals time.

i traded hall to couch and upgraded giles to cox (have jacobs as other ruck)

i need to win my last 2 matches to sneak into finals so would rather get there with 0 in bank than miss with 2 trades till up my sleeve.

I think that with 2 trades left it is risky to trade Giles out. But it is not all doom and gloom, apart from this week against Collingwood the Giants actually have an easy run home playing Port Adelaide, Gold Coast Melbourne, St. Kilda, and North Melbourne. He is a chance to turn it around in these games IMO, and especially against Port (who are struggling in the ruck department), Gold Coast (who are struggling in the ruck department) and Melbourne (who are struggling in the ruck department).
