Does anyone know how to work out Player Cost in Sportal?

For example;

Thomas Broich is currently on the bubble at $337,600

He is averaging 18. I want to get him in, but I don't know whether he will drop or rise.

Help?

All I know it is the same system as SC, but don't know how to predict

Can anyone please help me with this?
