Have a look at this article - http://dreamteamtalk.com/2012/07/04/chooks-rooks-round-14-2/ , this weeks article should be out in the next day or so. Jordan Murdoch looks ok if picked this week, but job security isnt the best. Read chooks rooks and he will give you an idea of a good downgrade target.

Something like Waters to Delidio and Shiel to cheap mid suggested in above article will be a good start.

Repeat one upgrade\one downgrade where possible for next 3 weeks.

Not many downgrade targets so you may struggle. Keep an eye on Morabito in 2-3 weeks, as he may be a good fwd\mid target who is priced at 150\200k i think.

Weak midfield that needs strengthening. Get rid of your highest value rookies becasue you have good cover and then upgrade jmac, cornes, and barlow to super premiums(pendles will drop, swan is a must, scott thompson is cheap for his output). Get rid of two rookies and then get in one of the mids mentioned above(thommo) next week.

ranked 129,033 overall I've been concentrating more on my sc but only 2 trades left so I'm concentrating on my dt now just trying to complete my team but don't know where to start should i downgrade and get rookies first or get premiums.

Also i gather that its Devon sandwiches in your forwards??

The guys i would be looking to trade out are:
Treloar (downgrade him this week)
McDonald (downgrade him this week)
Gunston (upgrade him next week)
Cornes (upgrade him next week)
and then upgrade either Coniglio or Shiel the week after

If everyone was healthy, i gather you would be looking at keeping the following

thanks mate, i like you plan but i want to get rid of waters but i would rather downgrade treloar and mcdonald because they have high b/e 's and yes that his devon sandwiches out of that list you made of me wanting to keep them i don't want barlow, corner, brown, lake.
