this year was the talk of top four and premiership dreams as it started well until injuries to murphy and carazzo but now the blues may not even make the finals the question is Should ratten coach the blues my honest opinion no espesially when mick malthouse has expressed that he would coach the blues if ratten is to be sacked I know not all will agree maybe not many of you will but I do noy beleive that ratten is the premiership coach for carlton

Don't like his chances but I hope whoever coaches next year can convince the assistant coaches to stick around, I reckon the blues have the right people to help the head coach get their message across

I like Ratten but he hasn't got the best out of that team. Doesn't seem to have a plan B when things aren't going well. I'm not a fan of Malthouse but I can see the appeal. If Blues don't make the finals I think Malthouse will be there next year.

so somebody tell me where Mick's actually been connected with Carlton??

I doubt it has ever even entered his thoughts!

Apparently he said if there were 2 clubs with no coaches he would coach were car;ton and hawthorn

I dont think he will. The blues have so much potential yet they lack a game plan that can when them games without stars in the side. Ratts hasnt done all he can do imo. Look at west coast, injury riddled yet have still been drilled well enough to be winning games! I know they have a lack of quality talls at the Blues but he has had time to draft and develop players.
