would be interested on your thoughts on malceski? i have him too and have planned to trade him even though it will leave me with 3 trades (2 posts below you)

other than him and porplyzia you have a pretty strong side on your hands, hopefully martin pulls his finger out!

Cheers for your opinion felsty.

Malceski is so frustrating, however I'm going to hold as D7-D8 for a few more weeks & hope that he can break back into the side.

He appears to be out of favour with the coach IMO.

If he can't get back into the team, may have to look to trade - who to I'm not sure.

I'll probably also play Zorko as D7 and Porp as emergancy.

Delaying the inevitable trade IMO.

Further to Malceski options felsty, I think a smokie option could be Bachar Houli.

Price is currently $351k with a be of 57 and run home looks like this:

ADE MEL GC NM CAR BL WB FRE ESS POR

Could well be in for a big 2nd half of the year.

Your thoughts on Houli?

felsty

malceski is a tough one..if you keep him for too long youre stuck with him.. i plan to trade him to carrots after round 14 but there are a few players hanging around..

houli could be a very good option however i like my players having some sort of consistency, which is hard in the backline..

grima? rhyce shaw? fisher? heppell? newman? - perhaps newman is the way to go.. paying 150k less for approx. 10-30 extra points less

I've got about $14k in the bank so no, not much really. Can't afford to use 2 trades to upgrade Malceski unless there is a LTI.

Thus, if i were to trade Malceski, my best option is probably to take a punt on Houli. Newman is another good one and his be is 125, however he wouldn't come down in price enough.

I will hold hold Malceski this week and cop the donut (I'm in a pretty good position to win this week without a trade) and maybe look to Houli come Round 14 if Eski not named.

I think you've got a very strong team. If Mal comes back in as I expect he will you are looking extremely solid.

Malceski not selected again for the Swans... He also gets the boot from my team.

I have welcomed a bottomed out Bachar Houli.

Hmmm only 3 trades might be a worry if you care about finals - if going overall then you look to be in good stead.

Strong team though - mids could be a tad better (ablett / watson / boyd)

I'd be happy if my team looks that good in the next 2-3 weeks.
