Cover/Bench Issues.

Fellow DTers.. Having issues with my bench cover in the Midfield and Forward moving forward, need opinions to help me think of something I havent thought of yet!

My midfield cover is currently Sexton, Gibson and my forward cover is currently A. Kennedy and Hampton :(

All have less job secruity then Rudd did when Julia was badged with the E.

My Team:

Lids, Goddard, Scotland, Broughton, Waters, Birchall, Hargrave - Darley, Ellis.

Pendles, Boyd, Mitchell, Watson, Ablett, Thompson - Gibson, Sexton.

Giles, Kruzer - Redden, Orren.

Franklin, Robinson, Sidebottom, Cloke, Martin, Zorko, Dangerfield - Kennedy, Hampton.

I have one trade left plus 87k, I started the week with 11 trades & 307k - Swapped Mohr for Scotland - Which can be easily reversed if someone spots out the bleedy obvious.

My concerns moving forward is I'm going to come unstuck towards the end of the year with injuries, suspensions and rests.

One thing I was looking at was Ellis for Scottland and Kennedy for Nicholson (Melb - used him as MID 7/DEF 8) and then next week do Hargrave for Carrazzo which will leave me very flexible with plently of mid/fwds and plenty of def/mids.  Then when the time is right do my final upgrade in the forward line and used Martin/Zorko as my FWD 8/MID 7?

In a nutshell I am concerned about Hampton, Sexton, Kennedy and Gibson being relied on throughout the remainder of the year.

Any opinions or advice would be highly appreciate, thanks in advance!

Yeah you can get Carrots in next week. Then Upgrade/Downgrade your bad rooks in Kennedy/Hampton/Sexton, to say, Beams and use Zorko as your bench cover for forwards, Gibson for Mids. You can use Zorks for mid, fwd wherever you need him. It should be sufficient, but if you aren't satisfied, then all you can really do is wait until a good rookie comes along and you downgrade Sexton/Kennedy/Hampton, the one with the most money. Sexton should still be playing so, at least he's not sitting around doing nothing.

Yeah I was thinking along those lines kind of - Kennedy was listed as injured until this week so hopefully he comes back in.

Sexton is touch and go in the GC team - Unless ya names Ablett no one has JS.
