Should I Trade or Should I Hold?

Not really sure what to do this week.  I have a few options, but not sure if any of them are worth it.  Sam Shaw is the only real downgrade target and I have no idea whether to hold Zaharakis or not.

----------------------------------------

10 Trades - $17,100

Option 1. M. Clarke > S. Shaw then Tory Dickson/T.Adams > Dangerfield (leaving me with $19,300 if I trade out Dickson or $14,300 if I trade out Adams)

Option 2. M. Clarke > S. Shaw then Zaharakis > Dangerfield (leaving me with $197,700)

Option 3. Hold off trading!

Here's the rest of my team (full strength, not counting byes)

Trading out Zaharakis means I get Dangerfield and then my last spot would go to Chappy/Stevie J.  Trading Dickson/Adams to Dangerfield would complete my forwards once Zaharakis comes back (Zorko filling in until that time).  Either that or not trade at all?  Any and all thoughts are greatly appreciated!

Zaharakis is out for 5+. Not worth holding onto.

You have similar team and trades to me

I would do option 2

I am doing the same thing

Then next week trade Morris to Johnson/ Heppell / Grimes

Then don't trade for 3-4 weeks odd until you can upgrade Darley/ Spur or Shaw

Tell me what you think

What's the point of training Clarke if your not going to get a donut in the back line.

its me lads

option 2 is the best you have provided,

Screech

keep clarke what with collingwoods weakened defence at the moment and may as well wait till zaha returns in the five weeks he will be of good use then. youve got dickson and kennedy on your fwd bench you can use during the bye weeks this week

I'd go morris to shaw and zaharakis to danger Marty is doing well no point getting rid of him yet

+1 this is definetly what I'd do. If Scotland plays then you will not have a donut in defence, while in round 13 you definetly will. Downgrade morris who is scoring 20 points less per game than Clarke to Shaw then do zaha to danger.

I guess that does seem more logical.  Both have similar JS, but Clarke has better scoring potential, plus having Clarke next week is going to be more important than not having him this week.
