Sandi to rooki?

Iv had Sandi Cox Gilles Reddan from the start and yes alot of times gillies has out scored one of the two and been on my bench. So I'm pointless trading sandi to a gun then down grading gillies. So trading sandi to a rooki but would like some one who will play. Any tips welcome, other the O or Longer. Not much out there
