I trying to upgrade Bower to one of these fine men but who to pick?

I'm leaning towards Johnson as he has a R12 bye which is handy but not a proven scorer before this year, although has been very consistent.

Suckling has a higher scoring potential than Johnson but i think he sometimes has a forward tag on him, hence the 3 games with scores under 80.

I just threw Birchall in there because he has been a proven scorer over the past but has not had the best year compareed to the other two options
