I don't want to waste a trade for $90K prof but as a DT prospect he is dead wood. He is possibly the only player in my 30 that I really have no idea what to do with. He is that stagnant that he may have to sit D9 for the entire season. I am fast running out of trades & need big $ for big upgrades. Any thoughts?

Windigo

Upgrade him next week. Downgrading him at his price isn't worth IMO.  ;)

not sure your totally right about him being dead wood, he is a likely starter when fit for most games, one of the only Giants Sheey relies on to tag and take on run with roles. He has missed a few due to injury and resting and he scores lower than the onballers but he isn't the worst option to hang onto for your last bench spot as cover for the remainder of the season.

Has played 8 games for a high score of 59  :o but i will give him the benefit the doubt & dial him in for a ceiling of 80  ;D It's a pity about last week, he was on fire by his own standards with 41 to the half. Alas, another solid head knock made the medicos think twice & earnt him the half time vest. If Jelwood isn't his hero he should be. He is a tuff unit, goes head long into everything. Could be a real mongrel after he adds a few KG's.

not ideal player for fantasy ever probably a cross between crowley and selwood :) with scores more like crowleys

but if you have the luxury of trading all your rooks up or down great, if not you could do worse for an emergency benchie.

JBs-Hawks

I fell into his trap preseason cos i liked the way he played so I went him instead of bugg. Downgraded him last week, not for dt but a good player nonetheless.

Spite

I am keeping him. I like him, doesn't score well, but a long as he get's games, it is points on the board (during the bye weeks). It was either him down back or couch up forward for me, so very pleased with his JS!!!

DT Sainter

good question because i have the same sort of dilemma. i thought about trading sam shaw in for him this week (even though adelaide have the bye) and pocket the 90k which is still reasonable. townsend though for a guy that scores like s!@# he seems to have very good job security when fit so at least there should always be A score on the bench for you (even if its 30)
