I make most decision in my own head but feedback can of course bring up things that have gone over my head so here is the current team

Backs: Newman, Enright, Fisher, Hodge, Gilbee, Waters, Sheppard (Maguire, Davis)

Centers: Ablett, Cooney, Prismall, Scully, Trendgrove, Martin (Cunnington, Bastinac)

Ruck: Cox, Kreuzer (Trendgrove, Lobbe)

Forwards
Goodes, Riewoldt, Pavlich, Sylvia, Franklin, Polkinghorne, Gumbleton  (Tarrant, Watts)

-Wanting strong fwd line to make up for rookie lack of talent
-Watts he should play 22 and there is only one way to go from his 30 pt avg I feel/ If he is crap and Gumbleton goes ok Watts rides the bench anyway
-Tarrant or Tapescott
-Too much Melbourne?
-Keen on balancing consistent players such as Enright between x factors such as Buddy
-unsure on Gilbee is he a dowhill skier these days
-fisher is in, If i sense Gilbert or Goddard will be doing the no opponant sweeper job fisher is out hehe

Don't like that many rookies in the midfield.
Too much of a risk....
Lots of 0's IMO

Hi toodledock - btw thanks for the feedback on my initial side certainly makes me somewhat confused about which way to go with it NAB cup should help a bit!

Your team now: structure i presume you are looking at 14 solid keepers which i feel is great in order to keep trades at a minimum
Backs look great except for Waters - he had knee surgery in early Dec and had 6 weeks interruption to his pre-season - try find another 100k and get Hunt assuming he is ok.
Mids: Prismal has had issues and represents a risk i guess you have to think whether or not he is going to average 100 per game? Probably look to scott thompson around this range. the 3 rookies i don't mind at all!
Cox has had some abdominal injury and also had an interrupted pre-season maybe sandi for him
forwards: love your forwards sylvia is interesting (with his midfield duties has potential - i like Cyril here as i think they will improve the hawks), reasoning for a strong line very sound IMO - overall nice team

toodledock

thanks bj will take that on board.

good points lozza might have to cut down some risks maybe no cox and waters hmm

ando_10

very risky with a majority of rookies in mid sylvia is in interesting one i think hes on the up. guess we will have to wait and see dude.

Scratchy

Firstly both of the "Trendgroves" are in fact Trengoves. Minor I know but I see everyone misspelling it haha.
Anyway I think your line up is solid. I would drop Cox and Waters for reasons explained already.
Scully might noy play as many as you're hoping although one of those NM rookies should cover I'm still thinking 5/8 first year mids is too many. There's a lot of good value in Mids seeing as they're the most plentiful. Seeing as you're clearly willing to take risks, take a punt on a young player (2nd-4th season this year) set to break out like Bernie Vince did in 2009.

toodledock

yeh starting to think one more medium player for the mid is needed perhaps a walker, or a ladson

toodledock

bump still after some feedback! Ill do yours if you do mine!!! Even thought I already done a bunch no one bothered ??? returning

Bs Flyers

imo 5 rookie starters are too many risks.  Especially in the midfield when you don't have 3 premiums to combine with them.  I agree an upgrade in the mids is an essential and I like Scratchy's idea.  Also heard sheppard didn't go well in the intra club game so have to watch him in NAB.  There is a lot of money in the top 5 forwards maybe downgrade one to Dangerfield / Ziebell to free up some cash for mid improvement?

toodledock

Flyers I actually just did that now

Goodes is turned into Dangerfield
Scully turned into Chad Cornes... Do we like that people or is L Ball the one?
