How can i improve this team obviously Murphy has to go.

I only have 14 Trades left and salary cap of $5500
I am ranked 3189 overall and the League i am in FF LML is ranked 40th

Last week i traded Morris to Lake & Mcdonald to Zorko brings me to 12 trades

  I think it is time to get rid of Murphy would love to get Beams but that would mean 2 trades and i would then only have 10 left
If i make the one it would have to be Murphy to Dal santo
If i trade darley into this team i will cop a donuut in defence ii think it is better than 2 in round 13 if i bring Bootsma in.
So who do itade out out of Smedts & Spurr.
