Hey guys,

Made the Cameron to Zorko and Milera to danger last week so pretty
happy with result. ( cheers ringo).  Left now with 14 trades and $82k with a new mid prem needed
and upgrades in backs. A little concerned now with the trades remaining being only rd 10. Long way to but also have coniglio, magner, Ellis, Morris peaking with only Darley as a possible downgrade option.
My question is do I now hold or chase another premium in particular in mids.

B: godd, shaw, lids, malceski, bugg,Clarke, lake (Morris, Ellis)
M: ablett, pendles, Boyd, thompson, horsley, macca( magner, coniglio)
R: sandi, giles (Oren, redden)
F: Franklin, Martin, beams,Sidey, danger,Harvey, Treloar (pieffer, Zorko)

Amy suggestions would be appreciated

Ringo

Bugg to Darley
Coniglio to any Mid of your choice to $652k

Both Bugg and Coniglio imo are at or near ceiling so will not make much more cash so time to cash in. 14 trades is still Ok at this stage.  So long as you have 6/8 after byes for LTI's and finals.

12 trades is starting to get low though.
Next question would be for who.

Looking at Selwood, Dal Santo, Watson or Priddis
Leaning towards Selwood but he is pricey. Watson is consistent but has been injury prone in the past. Dal Santo has been a bit up and down this year. If I took a punt with Dal Santo or Priddis then I guess it would leave me with cash for a possible 1 trade only upgrade during byes. But I like the consistency of a Joel Selwood as you know what ya gonna get.

Ringo

If wanting to go Priddis hold till Round 12 no point getting him in this week with a bye next week.

Cogs to Selwood if that is what you want then Horsely may be a straight trade to Priddis in Round 13 to complete your mids.

Thanks Ringo

Do you think NDS can improve and continue his scores like last year?
Looking through the rankings and including your team it looks like everyone has Selwood and is a must this year. Thats why I am leaning towards Selwood. ??

Or I forget the mids and upgrade Ellis to ? But mids I guess is where the pts are.

IMO, Milera & Dangerfield trade was a mistake based on team bye structure.

Conig > R13 mid (NDS/Cotchin/Mitchell/etc).
Bugg > Darley (nothing else out there)

Personally, I would take Cotch over the rest this year.

G'day Charlie,

Yeah realized the Danger trade was a bit of a mistake.
Is Bugg the one to go? Considering I still have Morris and Ellis?
You reckon Cotchin is better than Selwood?
Haven't really thought about Cotchin?
NDS looks good value.

Yeah Bugg.  NDS is a safe pick.  Just personal preference.

Thanks Ringo and CS.
My last query would be Should I go for the best mid in a Selwood or the cheap option in NDS ?
There is a reason NDS is cheaper but do you guys think he will get back to his best of last year?

NDS is showing signs of getting back to form his last three games against quality opposition in Carlton, West Coast, and Sydney with 101,107,130 and a lowish B/e this week so good pick up. Just remember his average was effect by one stinker of a game with 46 SC points and apart from that only one score below 100. Good trading to pick up fallen prems at their lowest.
Your decision though any one of Cotchin, Dal or Selwood would be a good trade. Not 100% sold on Mitchell this year but that is just personal.
