Can someone help me with the new rule of multi player positions. is this for both forms SC and DT? and how are people going to take advantage of it? This rule kind of slipped under the radar but it has the potential to be a massive advantage for someone who uses it well.

I have also heard from some websites about the partial lockout this year, but can't find it anywhere on the SC website. Can anyone confirm the validity of the partial lockout talk? if so let us know where the official info is.

If you go to the SC site login screen on the lefthand side below the big register button are two links - one for partial lock out and the other for what's new.
