Duffield or newman?

Which defender will be the better pick this year, Duffield or Newman and why?

i have only room for one of them so ur opinion is most appreciated

I'd be leaning more towards Newman, very consistent and I think now that he has successfully completed his 1st year as Captain AND no mroe Bowden, he can step it up abit.

Also I dislike Spudmantle

Newman hands down.
The consistency he can provide far outweighs the high scores duffield can give. Duffield also jsut had a break out year so i would expect him to come down a fair bit this year.
