I was really lacking a rd 11 premium in the backs and a rd 12 rook in the forward line.

I think the two trades you're making this week are really good. Lake is underpriced and you're getting rid of two player who have already peaked. I would aim to upgrade your forward line either next week or the week after. Maybe downgrade Morris and upgrade Smith.
