Hi - really like your team.  I don't suppose you'd have that much money leftover, but possibly the only changes I'd consider - and these are more personal bias than anything - would be Carrazzo for McPhee and Schoenmakers for either Ladson or Hunt.  If there's any left over maybe upgrade Palmer to someone with a bit more bite.
