Not long ago he was a must have in the forwards for SC. With Goodes out and now he has some match fitness is anyone considering him? Only concern is how much mid time he will get these days, with Jetta,JPK,Bird,McVeigh,Jack and Parker in there. He is a tackling, contested possesion and clearance machine. Cheap @ 450 K.

I think he is priced where he's at this year. As pointed out, there are a heap of young Sydney players who have improved out of sight this year. These players are scoring the sort of points that O'Keefe used to. He will dish out a 100 here or there but ultimately I think he will average around about 80 - 85 by season's end. I am not considering him as an upgrade target.

he is definitely a genuine smoky. we all know what he is capable of scoring wise. but like pointed out already, there has been quite a few young players coming out of the woodwork and scoring well which may take some points off him. but in saying that, there are the positives that he has probably now got his match fitness back after a rough start to the year and he may flourish with goodes out for 6.

I am thinking of trading Mc Carthy out B/E 88 to o'keefe now goodes is out might get more mid time ready to explode at his price.

I was looking at him too. Don't know if I should get him or leave him out.
