With the possibility of Pep quitting Barca would you want him to coach your team? Did you think he achieve success at Barca because of the team he inherited rather than his management skills?

Being an Arsenal supporter, I would love for Pep to coach us if he was the real deal. However, Wenger has the job for life so there is no chance unless Pep wants to do a Bomber Thompson and be a right hand man  ;D. Anyways Arsenal is beautiful football while Barca were beautiful football with results lol.

What do you guys reckon? Would he improve your team?

He went through the whole coaching system at Barcelona its not as though Barcelona hired a nobody

Guardiola can coach but not convinced he would leave Barcelona for anyone.

Quit or being sacked? I'm sure they have expectations of 2 of Champions League/Spanish Cup/Liga BBVA

Quit. They wanted him to stay on, offered more transfer money but he said he needed a break and thought that him leaving was best for the team (finally hit a brick wall). The man was a legend as a player at Barca and is the most successful manager in their history. His contract expires at the end of this season (he only signs short term contracts so that he doesn't burden the team if they needed a change like now).

Wenger denied that he wanted the Barca job when asked. Can we do an exchange? Arsenal need a fresh face in management instead of 6 years of continuously coming short.

Yep he has now officially quit, well he will at the end of the season. Apparently had made the decision way back in autumn (spring for us) and told the president and director of football then, but waited till now to tell the players and everyone else. Barca have already announced who the new manager will be as well (I guess they have had months to think about it), and the new manager is....

Tito Vilanova! AKA Guardiola's current assistant coach.
