Have been working on this for a while, comments please, all rookies are not locks yet! 2nd ruck is my main head ache ATM

I had Scully in but have heard he has a few knee issues???? I will watch NAB and pre-season games with interest. I think Morribito and Bastnic can be forward so lots of descisions to make with rookies!

Tony after your ruck problems last year I'm not sold on White or Hille as a second ruck

Have you thought about locking away say Cox and Sandilands? Or at least Kruezer, Brennan or Tippett?

Hondo great memory my friend ;D I had Cox but he is out of action again so am going to stay away. The diference this year is I am starting with a premium who has minimal injury history. I am thinking White can be this years tippet and I also think he will play many games with a strong body and hopefully be a cash cow option. The plan is 1 trade in the rucks fingers crossed. I may also grab Wornock instead of Lobbe, thus both reserves should play many games this year. Those other three you have mentioned seem to hexy for me if they only avarage an inconsistent 70 odd. Hille is a risk I know.

I really just want the second ruck to be a starter regardless of scoring ability initially but still a little undecided, it will cost me elsewhere if I spend up on the Rucks!

Palmer is the one I think you could downgrade to a rookie giving you the cash to get a good second ruckman

I know coaches who ranked highly last year who spent up and locked in Cox AND Sandilands from the start. That's too much $ for me but I think the second starting ruck is worth the $400-$500K investment and not worth taking a cheaper punt on.

I don't see the rucks as the place for cash cows and upgrading (even for the bench). To me, you just pick 2 guys you hope will be there all year and focus your trading elsewhere. I only traded once in rucks last year and that was an injury trade for Cox.

Scary starting two rookies in the mids Hondo but might be good if they all start the year.

Every one is jumping on Tippet, I am a crow boy and think he can be real inconsistent, Kruezer as well, maybe punt on the two top rucks if I can find the cash

backs: strong
mids: strong. you'll have good backup if somebody goes down. I was thinking off hayes myself (hes in and out of my team) because he is 30. I try not to pick the oldies.
Rucks: Sandi as good as he is, he will come down in price. I picked him up last year at his second lowest price (before a 160point game). i agree that you should get a mid pricer like kreuzer or tippett there. if you want white i would suggest a move to the forward line for him.
Forwards: I think they are great but i am biased as it is the same as mine except for one guy (got bastinac instead of lucas).
