DT Pro Trading

Just a quick question for th DT Pro players.

I am trying to trade out a player right now but cant? Trading a substitue, not someone off the field, it lets me take the guy out of my team but nothing happens when I click the plus sign on the new player?

Is it me or something about the rolling lockout?
