Out with the Knife

I figure....there's so much speculation about his shoulder and how he will hold up....that together with his inevitable price cut even if he does get through ok this week means if he breaks down later will be all the more hurt to trade out....i just made the decision to cut him for the year.

Plus my replacement (Roughy) looks set to sparkle IMO and covers my 3 rookie rucks plus evens up all my bye rounds for my forwards.....theres just to much win and peace of mind to not go ahead with the trade and im over deliberating about it haha

I wouldn't necessarily knife him for the whole year. If he gets his form back and you want to roll the bones in a few weeks he might be a sweet upgrade option

don't think roughy was the right replacement for him better options around

throw the negatives for roughy at me then.....apart from his coming back from injury i really cant see much downside to him
