Anyone think theres much in adam goodes slidding with his knees. With all the injuries i dnt need him rubbed out

Was it avoidable?
Does he have any points hanging over his head?

Hard to predict the MRP ... especially given it is Goodes but these things will give you some idea.

Its probably a bit reckless but I dont think itll draw weeks

yeah he has been suspended for a smiliar incident...

btw doesnt he have carry over points or a bad record so the plea wont decrease...if so i think he may get a week min

I don't even understand how it's reportable his knee goes straight into his leg?

Sigh. He got suspended for doing that in the preseason and no doubt MRP will probably not want him to do it again :(

Not that it will probably matter, but he could defend it by saying that it would be an unreasonable expectation for him to slide head first into a contest where his opponent is clearly sliding in knee first.

Found the footage of the NAB report, it says he was booked for sliding in feet first (as opposed to knee first).

In frame 1:03 it's visible that the contact was feet first.

Grasping at straws I know, a by product have having both Fyfe and Goodes in my forward line and looking for an upside.
