Dayne Zorko injured?

Been posted around on various forum sites that Dayne Zorko has suffered a hip injury that will sideline him for 4 weeks. Haven't found any confirming sources myself, but if someone does, please post it here.

Unless something has happened in the last couple of days may be a furphy based on Last Tuesdays article above.  On my way back to OZ and will get confirmation on Wednesday with the Intra club match scheduled. Maybe getting confused with Docherty who had hip surgery and is training with rehab group.

I'm almost positive i read somewhere that he was slightly injured but is only expected to miss first week of the NAB. But I've looked every where and I can't find the article.

Dayne Zorko is rumoured to be battling a hip injury, which should sideline him for about four weeks. The best case scenario is that we see him in the final week of the NAB Cup for a last ditch effort to push for their first game, but it’s a blow for his chances of a Round 1 debut.

Has been running with the main bunch at training but not doing a lot of ball work.  Wasn't named in the magoos last week and I expect will be given 3/4 weeks there to gain match fitness. (Docherty with a similar injury has been playing for the last 4 weeks in reserves). Hopefully will be named in reserves this week with a injury listing now listing him as test . Have been in Townsville for the week so am not as close at the moment. I consider he will not debut till at least round 6 or 7 perfect downgrade target with a DPP as well.

He is not on our injury list at the moment so he must be available to play.  However he is still not named in our Reserves as yet which I would have hoped so not 100% sure what is going on.  Maybe giving him one more week as the reserves match in the NEAFL is a top of the table clash with the other undefeated team GCS.
