To start the club and attract some players, yes.

Long term i doubt it. Give it a few years and a younger coach will come in and replace him. Just for the start up and get people interested in the club.

It's great for the game in NSW for Sheeds to be up there and doing some of his best work. The New South Walshmen (and women) won't have a clue what his on about most of the time with all of his marshan's and seaguls as well as the GWS flu!
