I missed the game, what happended?

Tyes

Magner exploded in a ball of fire! .. In all seriousness from what I have heard he rolled an ankle? May be more serious than that, I heard he might miss a week or so. Nothing solid to go on yet I think.

looks like the medial ligament extended posterior to the latissimus dorsi with some bruising on the cornial tissue. 3 weeks tops.
Nice use of big words there mate. Shame they have nothing to do with his injury in his leg. Good try though mate, good try

hardnut

everyone relax....

Just watched a post-match interview with Grimes and right at the end Magner wonders past the camera, not apparent hobble and no medico's. Fingers crossed there is no drama just a rolled ankle and a bit of a stinger. Reckon they'd pay him on 1 leg based on the performance of the rest of the mids today. Going to be ugly next week at Subi....

Mr.Craig

He better get up. I already have McDonald and most likely Parker as no shows for Round 2. :(

i think m0nty's description is that he got a ankle knock in 2nd 1/4 then another knock to ankle/knee and he hobbled off.
Some say he'll be right and he hobbled off himself. I think he was walking okay later on or something.
should be fine!
next barlow here we come!

;D

The fact he was able to walk off basically signals he'll be out for less than 3 weeks.

Hope it's none though seeing as I don't really feel confident in having to play both Clay Smith and Shiel
