hey everyone, I started late but these look like a fun thing to do

My team for round 1 was
Backs: Goddard, Deledio, Broughton, Adcock, Malceski, Clarke, Bugg (Boumann, Ellis)
Mids: Pendles, Ablett, Rockliff, Watson, Coniglio, Shiel (Smith, Magner)
Rucks: Goldstein, Giles (Redden, Stephenson)
Forwards: Buddy, Fyfe, Martin, Dangerfield, Smith, Smedts, Kennedy (Pfeffier, Hall)

I had 158,400 left over and scored 2218 for the week and am ranked 6,034

Not too bad for a first week but am dissapointed in myself for choosing goldy and not starting magner

Looks good mate, as you said, Goldy was an interesting pick. Your team might suffer because of that. No weaknesses anywhere else so I reckon if he is no good in round 2 then trade in a different premium ruck.

went malceski over lake, i thought his long effective kicking meant scoring heaven
never considered lake, he looked pretty terrible in pre season

I'll give goldy round 2 and if no luck ill just swap to cox
but im hoping to not have to use a trade by round 6-7
but goldy and broughton look like they might stink it up again
