I know the picture is not great guys, but is it so bad that not 1 person out of 40 would care to critique my team?  :'(

Seems fine to me.
Only concern is Enright in your backline, had a average pre season with injuries so maybe go to Adcock/Shaw/Goddard.
Also not sure about Barlow and Hayes but it could pay off.
Darling is definately unique but maybe overpriced you could get Porplyzia if you like the look of him and use the money saved upgrading someone else.
Rucks seem fine McIntosh a risk but he is a good ruckman.

darling.... nah. upgrade to a riewoldt or dangerfield

i'd downgrade wingard for magner or pfieffer.

maybe even get rid of hmac and risk 3 rookie strategy and go redden. (upgrade later)
