I am finding it impossible to separate these two players, both looking like they'll improve on their average of last year but these two are killing me...

Thoughts?

if he stays fit jobe can be top 5. if daisy is at his peak I think can only just squeeze in the top 10. could be wrong but imo jobe is everything to the bombers where as daisy is behind pendles, swan and will find it more difficult to score consistently.

See i looked at it in a different way, Jobe as a lot of pressure to perform and will probably cop the tag and is a tad injury prone, daisy is very durable and doesn't cop the tag because he has so much quality around him.

I'm very surprised with the lack of Excitement for Daisy..

Daisy will get the tag cos Pendles and Swan are pretty much untaggable whereas its a lot easy to shut daisy out of a game.

jobe will go forward and kick goals too. Good overhead mark reckon hell kick at least 1 a game ontop of 25+ possies a game. Could be the pick of the year if his hammys can make it through a season.

wow I could not believe my eyes when I saw the poll count! I would've thought daisy would be equally matched or even higher!
he is the king unique magpie of the year! absolute gun, will give you what you want each week as he'll receive tagger #3 or #4 if teams have them! having him and either swan or pendles could pay off big time! or go the other way... but I have a gut feeling he will play like a superstar!

Mate, i was just starting to settle on Watson..
But i completely agree with you, he's an absolute superstar, so little hype around him, he will be an excellent unique sitting next to my mids of Rockliff, Ablett and Scotty T.

Still 50/50 though..

if you want to go unique pick Watson. if you want to be super unique go thomas. you can't really split them... so you can't go wrong with either. at the end of the season they'll be very close in average points!

Now that i think about it, it probably doesn't actually matter who i pick, their scores will be very similar.
so maybe i should just go Daisy purely for the uniqueness of him..
