I might know very little about AFL ... but any1 even considering trying to bring in their Emergency clearly shows lack of Supercoach knowledge.

Pederson last year got 100+ for the Roos in Round 1 last year. Would you have brought him off the pine by adding Mzungu to your team after Round 1? How stupid would that move have looked by Round 3?

Can it work? Yes.
Is it worth the risk? No.

Even with Kennedy, 104 ain't thaaat much, and why bring in a rookie who won't play; your missing a money making opportunity. Whats the role of a rookie in your team? (in most cases): To make cash.

Keep him on the pine, it's what i'm doing. You never know, Aaron Hall might go one better.. ;)

i think if you had a high scoring rookie on the bench as an emergency, the idea is NOT to trade in someone not playing this week, but to substitute in someone not playing this week...

EG. If you have a high scoring midfield rookie like Kennedy as emergency, you could substitute off a midfield rookie who hasn't played yet (currently on the field), and replace him with say Magner (who wont play). That way you get Kennedy's score instead of the score of the rookie who hasn't played yet.  :o :o :o

What mid rookie is there besides Magner and GWS boys? Neale?(won't play r1 and will struggle to hold a spot unless injury strikes) Ledger(vest man)? Stevens(vest man, Masten will take his spot by R4)?
