Dilemma!

Here is my current team (changing frequently)... Note that I have labelled GWS and Sydney players in red as they cannot be changed.

Def: Scotland, Goddard, Deledio, Broughton, Hargrave, Ellis, Morris (Bugg, Townsend)

Mid: Swan, Ablett, Rockliff, Selwood, Shiel, McDonald (Stevens, Magner)

Ruc: Mumford, Giles (Redden, Stephenson)

For: Franklin, Fyfe, Martin, Sidebottom, Dangerfield, Smith, Cameron (Weedon, Kerridge)

Cash left: $229,200

Yes, you read that right, $229,200
My dilemma is that I should use that cash to upgrade someone but I have no idea who and can't touch the GWS players (should've used it before last week to upgrade someone like Shiel or Cameron).
Any advice on who to upgrade and who to upgrade them too?
