Casual League trying to become competative

Hey all,

My League has been very casual over the years, so I decided to not invite the regulars who didn't really try - just set a team and dont manage for the year.

What has become apparent, I dont have many friends who are into dreamteam, so my league is short by about 7 teams. I have frantically been SMSing this morning, trying to get numbers.
