Top rookies in each position

Okay people crunch time is coming up and i wanted to make a thread so we could talk about all the rookies

what do you guys think are the must haves? all the obvious ones

I've got the ellis, morris, shiel kind of players also

so to get to the best rookies per position

Backs: Ellis, Morris, Bugg, Smedts and maybe townsend?
Mids: Shiel, Coniglio, Miles, Caddy, Ledger, Magner, Smith, Smith.
Rucks: Redden, Giles, Stephenson
Forwards: ?

any good forward rookies

Footy Utopia did a "Rate the Rookie" episode the other night and came up with the following in order of potential
Backs - Marty Clarke, Ellis, Bugg, Morris, Darley, Bower, Guthrie
Mids - Magnar, JMac, Wingard, Coniglio, Ledger, Hogan
Rucks - Giles, Redden, Big O,Longer, Cordy, Rowe
Forwards - DSmith, Cameron, Hall, Crips, Couch, Tomlinson
