What's the go with the rd1 lockout?

Might seem like a stupid question to some :P , but just want to be 100% on this!

Are we only locked out of GWS/Sydney players from Saturday til the following Thursday (Carl/Rich game) ?

Then is it full lock out from thursday night onwards?

There's two partial lockouts in Round 1. The first for Swans/Giants and the second for Blues/Tigers.

'Final' lockout will be prior to the Hawks/Pies game on Friady night.

Imagine there wasn't a partial lockout before the Swans games. We would be doomed!!!

not really whatlez, same for everybody. what i don't understand is why the afl has only programmed 1 game for the

whole weekend ?? that means sydney and gws have a bye 2 games into the season

well the other teams technically have a bye while Sydney and GWS are playing.

Well I did mean that if there was no partial lockout then picking rookies for the week after would be hard.

can we still trade players in and out before the partial lockouts (without using up any trades) or do we need squad settled prior?
