I actually like your T.Lynch pick. He might be a good unique. But yeah, you have quite a bit of work to do to whip that team into shape. Obviously your strong points are the backs and rucks but the other positions really suffer because of it. 

Giles looks like averaging a solid high 70's so spending all that extra cash to start with Sandi just seems wasted, especially when so many other coaches are going with the 1 premium, 3 rookie ruck setup. If it goes wrong then you're in the same boat as everyone else anyway. I really think you need to turn Betts into a premium and Dal Santo/Judd into guys you are positive will be top 6 mids so you don't end up wasting trades upgrading them.

DEF - Darley, Heath
MID - Meredith, Jmac, Kstevens.
RUC - Sandi
FWD - MLynch, Dennis-lane, Betts

Replace with-
Def - two named rookies (morris, hombsch, tomlinson, smedts)
Mid - replace with named rookies (coniglio is a must)
Ruc - you can easily make alot of cash here and bring in redden like everyone else. your other option is to bring in a mid pricer like Hmac or the last option is get a unique like Jacobs or Ryder (both should have a good year).
Fwd - upgrade betts to premo and replace others with rookies that are named (DSmith, Kennedy, Hall, etc)

I like your strategy with the semi unique picks through the mids, but your whole team looks like a combination of everyrisk strategy known to man.

you will either win or come last ;)

i disagree coniglio is NOT a must, hes a bonus if u have the money
IMO i wouldnt have caddy + coniglio only one, downgrade other to rook(clay smith maybe?)
id get another premo in fwds for roo or monfries
backs and rucks are fine.

Backs: Solid, id get lids in there though maybe in scottys place?(hes old now might still do good though)
Mids Perfect EXCEPT the Caddy/Coniglio mentioned above, just too much money, only one.
Rucks: 1/3 is fine just ordinary.
Forwards: Like  said you need 2 guns for roo and monfries, are youu sure you dont have more money?
and maybe one less fwd rook and have a midpricer instead (gray,sidey,danger)
