I am wanting one of these guys to be my D5. They both obviously have their upside and downside and are proven SC scorers.

Assuming that they both remain injury free, who do you think will be the better SC scorer this year and why?

Malceski still has that golden boot on him. Lake will take a while to get back to the player he used to be.

injury free then malceski will score higher - i reckon lake will take a while to get going

Malceski has the biggest upside. If he stays fit he could easily avg 95-100

He ran point in defense the last two weeks. Having said that, the week before that Grundy did it...... Eski for me, looks fit and ready to go.

If he stays fit ... Maceski will be in the top 5 defenders this year behind Goddard, Scotland, Deledio and Broughton in my opinion. Lake will average 80 at best ...
