Orren Stephenson's job security?

For the 1/3 ruck strategy to work in my team I need this guy to get consistent games so I can upgrade him to Cox early on.

What's this guy's job security like at Geelong? Will he consistently get games or is he just there to fill a void while Vardy is out?

If he plays like crap they won't keep him in. West could take the 1st ruck spot, Hawkins can play ruck. If Pods is playing well they can play him at FF and have Mitch Brown come into the team and take the 2nd KPF spot, freeing up Tomahawk. Hawkins might suck playing forward again at times this year and the Cats might want to give him time on ball to find form again. Let's face it, he had a good GF against a bloke who could barely move due to injury. Doesn't make him a superstar forward just yet.
