trial of Rookie Mids strategy.

you might think its a crazy idea but here we go anyway. I am trialling a strategy of loading my mid field with rookies that I hope will play and make decent coin. I have spent the majority of my money on premiums in the other positions. it my line of thinking is that premiums will not rise much more in price, so why spend lots of money now when my rooks can earn half of the money needed for a premium. I have something like $1.2m left in the kitty. so we will see how this strategy goes over a season. I feel this may be ok for league wins, but you may struggle making the finals IMO. my motto for tho is sacrifice games  now, then trade all my premiums in after the bye rounds!!!

what do u think of this idea..... mad or genius?

your strategy is similar to my thinking. except I'm starting my entire midfield with rookies.... with $1.2m in the bank, I will aiming to bring in my premium midfielders directly after their bye round....

I had a second team doing something very similar last year, the vest really slowed it down. Really need to nail the rooks.
