Broughtons role

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone in the know in the West are certain of Broughtons role this year? It's difficult to find information about him as it is to follow him in the NAB without Foxtel.

Being a Saints supporter I know Ross Lyon is big on role players who can sacrifice their own game to help out the team, and Broughton seems the logical shut down defender. However if Ross decides to use him as an attacking ball winner, ill be jumpin on board for sure!

He was certainly up and down last year but if he plays most of his time sweeping the half back he might be worth a look, 500k is a lot though.

Played 50% mid and 50% shut down I. Intra club. Tore it up when in the mids. Keep an eye but just not too sure how much time hell get in there.
