Waters
Duffman
Hargrave
Dangerfield
S. Reid
Porp
HMac
Dempsey

I currently have 5 of these guys in my team and the rest r on my watchlist.

It helps to also consider why each of these guys starts 2012 as a mid-pricer - are they returning from (possibly recurrent) injury? Did they underachieve? are they young? Were they vested often? Do they play an unfriendly DT role? etc etc.

That way its easier to think about reasons why each will improve this season - new role / established in the 22 / "burning up the preseason track" / new coach and so on.

So, for example:
Waters - has had a bad run with injuries last year and over the pre-season. Will improve if he stays on the park.

Duffman - poor form in 2011 as part of an injury-riddled side. Freo has a new coach this season but all signs point to Duff reprising his DT-friendly role of 2010.

Hargrave - an injured member of the decimated Dogs' backline of last year and as such, when he played he scored poorly. With a new coach (and potentially DT-friendly game plan) and an uninterrupted season he could be a good selection.

Dangerfield - Has been a consistent mid-pricer for a couple of years as part of the Crowbots forward line. His potiential is role related - if he is assigned greater midfield time by the new coach then his scores should reflect this.

S. Reid - A young up-and-coming KPP who's still learning the game, Reid's output is likely to fluctuate across the season as he looks for consistency. May be a good choice in a couple of years.

Porp - Injuries, injuries, injuries. If he stays on the park (and that's a big if) then he should increase in value.

Well, you get the drift.  ;D

Yeah i think dangerfields output will improve if porps is on the ground as hell play less forward time. Porps is a gun when/if fit think his due for some luck.
