Clarke seemed pretty average in the nab so maybe look at replacing him
I think you have to look at someone other than cross. Id rather downgrade him and save the money!!
Rucks are super strong and it seems to have hampered the rest of your team.. I would look at downgrading one of your rucks. There are plenty of good mid price options to get!

Backs Good defence except for Clarke who you should replace with Tomlinson who also is a DPP.
Mids: One of the first teams i have seen Cross in may be a good unique pick. His problem is that he dosen't get alot of kicks seems to handball too often. hopefully for your team he can score 100+ scores regularly. Your have a strong Midfield though.
Rucks: 2 good premiums.
Fwds: There are better options than Cripps even porps who is injury prone is a better option but if you want a rookie Devon Smith is who should be there.

Overall: Your team is well balanced and 13 premiums which is what you need. I give you an 8.5/10
