Hmm, it appears that the Supercoach scoring system has NOT changed from 2011 afterall.

I guess this is a timely warning that everyone should beware of analysis conducted on sites, and not take everything read as gospel.

And why should we believe what Al Paton says? The SC site clearly states that Clanger kicks are -8 and free kicks are -6. I am pretty sure that Clanger kicks were -4 and frees were -4 last season.

Are you sure? On the Supercoach site under "Point Scoring" it has -8 for a clanger kick, -6 for a clanger handball and -6 for a FA, like Jock said
